Other Platforms

For other WAF, firewall, or bot protection services, the general approach is:

  1. Access your security or WAF dashboard
  2. Find the bot management, allowlist, or whitelist settings
  3. Add our User-Agent: PixelHarborBot/1.0
  4. Or add our IP addresses to your allowlist
  5. Save and apply the changes

If you're unsure how to whitelist crawlers on your platform, contact your hosting provider or security service's support team.
