How do I get started?
Sign up for a free account, create a project, and add your first collection by entering your website URL. Our crawler will automatically find and optimize your images.
What image formats do you support?
We support JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF images. We can convert between formats and optimize them for the best balance of quality and file size.
How long are processed images stored?
Storage duration depends on your plan: Starter (1 months), Growth (3 months), Pro (1 year). You can download your processed images at any time during this period.
Can I request a data export?
Yes, you can request an export of all your data at any time. Contact us at support@pixelharbor.io and we'll provide your data within 30 days as required by GDPR.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing settings page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
