Akamai provides enterprise-grade CDN and bot management services. Whitelisting requires access to the Akamai Control Center.
Configure Bot Manager
- Access your Akamai Control Center
- Navigate to Security → Bot Manager
- Go to Bot Management Configuration
- Under "Custom Defined Bots" or "Bot Exceptions", create a new entry:Name:
PixelHarborBotMatch Type:User-Agent ContainsValue:PixelHarborBotAction:Allow - Save and activate the configuration
Alternative: IP Allowlist
If User-Agent based whitelisting isn't available:
- Navigate to Security → IP/Geo Firewall
- Add our IP addresses to the allowlist
- Contact hello@pixelharbor.io to get our current IP addresses
