Sucuri provides website security including a Web Application Firewall (WAF). Here's how to whitelist our crawler.
Whitelist by IP Address
- Log into your Sucuri dashboard
- Select your website from the list
- Navigate to Firewall → Access Control
- Find the Whitelist IP Addresses section
- Add our IP addresses (contact hello@pixelharbor.io for current IPs)
- Save your changes
Alternative: User-Agent Whitelist
Some Sucuri plans allow whitelisting by User-Agent:
- Go to Firewall → Security
- Look for Bot Management or User-Agent Filtering
- Add
PixelHarborBotto the allowlist - Save your changes
Note: User-Agent whitelisting may not be available on all Sucuri plans.
